It's literally all they talk about and they shoehorn it into every conversation, even if its work related they'll find a way to mention their wife or their girlfiend and kids. It's almost as if they're projecting their superior status "today I did this with my wife" no one fuckin cares. I remember working with a manager who showed me his fancy vacations with his gf every week. There's nothing more conceited than being around a couple who don't stfu about their boring arse relationship.

Then there's the mums who do nothing but talk about their kids. Then they get stressed because of their kids and take it out on those around them. Yet they receive nothing but praise and validation from those around them. This is exactly why most people are unrelatable, FML .

Pretty much, and also sometimes at home I see this. A lot of people have a clear superiority complex around loser men like us. it feels like we need to seek permission to speak to people, we have a voice just like any other fucker in this world yet we're judged differently amongst our peers. It's a projection of status, people love nothing more than to show off their status in life whether it's their marriage or being a proud parent. It's honestly unbearable to listen to for loners like us. There's nothing worse than seeing a childhood friend who brags about their happy marriage and kids. The amount of times I've been subjected to this shit is enough to make me jump off a bridge.

It's humiliating and degrading because we have to pretend that our lives are good when it's not. We have to save face to mask how desperately lonely we are and how suicidal we feel from our mental health.

Meanwhile guys like us are completely alienated, simply opening our mouth to talk is like a death sentence, it feels like we need permission to simply breathe the same air space as reflected by the hostility and contempt shown towards us. Every environment I've been in I've received the same treatment, all I've ever been is nice and friendly, but because I'm highly introverted, short with a big nose I'm treated like an alien,
fuckin clown world we live in.

This goes further than being "social and courteous" as said colleagues may claim, in reality they're the least courteous people I know in fact one needs to be ruthless at work to get anything done without hearing useless small talk.

But you're a kind person unfortunately it doesn't do much for you, give them the same energy back (don't waste a second on them & clock out when you're done work).

The disposition between a married man and a loser couldn't be more contrasting. Relatively speaking, someone I've heard of has mental health and drug addiction whilst her younger sister is happily married, with a nice house, nice car and fancy holidays.

Nothing is more soul destroying than seeing others more successful in life whilst we suffer in the depths of hell.
