In the USA, some nerdy teenage kid shows up at an american psychiatrist and complains:
"So I feel like I've been born in the wrong body, nothing about my body matches my true identity. I also feel threatened around the opposite sex."
So the doctor says:
"You might be struggling with gender dysphoria. Most people in your state attempt transitioning, it usually helps them."
After a visit the skeptic boy tries the second opinion from a Canadian shrink.
He says the same thing and the Canadian responds:
"Kys tranny"
If you don't get the joke, I'm basically laughing at the US medical industry pushing every loser like the main character in the joke to transition so that the ADA and medical organizations could profit from them and the Canadians push for assisted suicide for mentally ill people.
