Inceldom is already a quasi-religion. We have saints and we bicker like true religious people about orthodoxy (what counts as Inceldom) and about excommunications (who should be banned). Why not got the full distance and create a full-blown order of Monkcels. It's over anyways.

This thread is meant to start a debate which may or may not result in a decision to create such an order. All the statements below are expressed in the affirmative but are meant to be discussed, accepted, accepted in a modified form or rejected. Eventually, if enough people express interest, and after enough debate has taken place, I will start a poll thread where interested people can vote on which statements should be included in the constitution of the order.
  1. Monkceldom means dedicating one's life to the Blackpill
  2. Monkceldom does not mean sexual abstinence. Fapping and Escortcelling are ok (those who want to nofap of course can).
  3. Monkceldom is about not believing in Bullshit. Believing in Bullshit is the only real sin.
  4. Believing (and saying) that one does not believe in any Bullshit is Bullshit. It is a sin.
  5. Admitting that one has been believing in some bullshit is the best way to cleanse oneself from Bullshit. A true Monkcel makes such admissions on a frequent basis.
  6. The Blackpill is the absence of belief in Bullshit
  7. No one is ever fully blackpilled. The Blackpill is the limit towards which every Monkcel strives although he knows it can never be reached entirely.
  8. Idolatry is the typical form of Bullshit (rather than outright lies)
  9. Worship of foids (idolatry of foids) is the most widespread form of bullshit (gynolatry/feminism)
  10. Chads are also whorshiped by many incels (not to mention normies). Not idolizing Chads is as important as not idolizing foids (two sides of the same coin)
  11. Believing and desiring are the same. You cannot desire if you do not believe the object of your desire to be desirable. You cannot believe without having an opinion about the object you have a belief about. Either you believe it to be desirable or you believe it to be anti-desirable (disgusting, stupid, uninteresting, etc)
  12. At first, the order would function entirely online. Participation would be anonymous (like on incels.co)
  13. Admission to the order would be open to any member of incels.co
  14. Expulsion (banning) would be decided through a trial-like process by brocel Monk peers.
  15. If the order proves able to successfully operate online for a while, it might morph into some kind of irl thing, like helping people emigrate to low-cost countries (@Fight_back)
  16. The text discussed in this thread could become the order's Bible, to be read and discussed in common.
  17. This short story could be used as an allegory of the Monkcel journey: killing one's own tendency to idolize foids and killing one's own tendency to betray the Balckpill to bolster one's ego (@Iamnothere000)
  18. The order would not claim to represent all Incels and not even all Monkcels. It would be an order of Monkcels.
All brocels, please contribute to the discussion.

I agree with most of the statements, but I've never really been into role-playing.

No role-playing. Just act in the spirit of a religious order, which is already what we already do without realizing on this forum

I tentatively disagree.

Presenting our self as a quasi-religion would harm our efforts of spreading the Blackpill since religions/cults are outdated and more and more looked down upon. To reach more people, the Blackpill should be associated with hard Science and never with religious nonsense. The talk about saints and such is purely ironic.

Also, forming a religious order around our self would create a “barrier” between us and potential new members. And such a barrier would be repellent and hard to climb for people who are already not very social. It would cut in the “Bluepill to Blackpill”-pipeline.

However, I appreciate your effort of bringing more structure and organisation into the whole Incel thing.

Instead of a strict religious order, I would propose a loosely connected network (like Anonymous for example) with no clear distinction between member and non-member.

Instead of a Bible, I would propose a “Manifest” of some sorts, describing our plight with scientific sources, laying out REALISTIC demands for change and containing rebuttals for the most common anti-Incel “arguments”.

Religion is making a comeback, I think. People have seen how "hard science" has been misused

And also, it can be a secret order, just known to us. We do not need to shout about it on the rooftops

Lmao. Are we gonna shave our heads and shit?
And what exactly is the perk of this religion? I mean, Christianity gives you Western foids, Islam gives you MENA foids, Hinduism gives you curry foids...

WHY WOULD I JOIN YOUR SHITTY RELIGION WITH NO WOMEN IN IT? JUST TO BE PART OF A CIRCLEJERK?

But wait, you don't even have any spirituality.

WHY WOULD I JOIN YOUR SHITTY RELIGION IF YOU DON'T OFFER ME AN ETERNAL AFTERLIFE?

Nobody in their right mind would join this order.

Religion is making a comeback, I think. People have seen how "hard science" has been misused
Why do you think that? My Impression is very different.

I would say that Incels are not the type of person who is willing to join a religion. After all their “faith” in the Bluepill (eg the just world fallacy) has already been shattered once. Why would they risk a similar disappointment again? Incels are more the nihilistic type IMO.

To reach more people, the Blackpill should be associated with hard Science and never with religious nonsense.
Actually, to reach the masses, we must become a religion. Look at wokism/sjwism, it's practically a non-theistic religion centered around the belief in equality/equity for the so called "disposed" groups on the margins within Western soyciety. Is there scientific case for equality in this Universe? No, it's bullshit. Such a question doesn't even make sense. None of it is based on fact or science. Rather, it is based on made up narratives or theories and selectively amplifying certain cases that support the narrative via all forms of media while censoring anything that may harm the narrative. The Woke Left merely pretends purports to use Science with a big S, but none of it is truly scientific.

I agree with @K9Otaku that religion is making a comeback, since it already has made a comeback, it's just not perceivable at first glance. But look again, and you'll find that the way everything works in our soyciety is via the control of the masses through their desires, both positive and negative, using narratives.

Why do you think that? My Impression is very different.
You have signs everywhere that people are desperately searching for a religion:
  • Global warming and "save the planet" This is a religious cult in which the deity is Gaia, Mother Earth
  • Normies worship foids: "the caring gender", "women will save the planet", etc. That is why Normies are such cucks. They actually believe that foids are Goddesses.
  • "Science" itself today is a religion. For example, "Climate Science" is not a science. It cannot do any experiments to validate its models (which is the definition of science), yet everybody clamors: "believe science", because in fact it is a religious impulse that has nothing to do with real science. The same thing happened with CoviD-19, which is nothing more that a slightly more aggressive common cold. Yet people said "follow the science, shut down the whole economy" And people followed because all this economic destruction was in fact a giant religious sacrifice.
  • People want more rules, rules everywhere. Safety rules, rules for this, rules for that. This is like the Muslim Shariah (or the Jewish Halakah), it is a form of legal masturbation that is at bottom a religious urge.
Among incels you have this talk about "saints" and "monks" all the time. It is masked under a facade of irony. But, in fact, many incels have reached a point where they think "it is over anyway, I am going to be alone all my life. Maybe these old-time monks had it right. Maybe it would be better to live like that" And I have reached that point too. I do believe that monkhood is a good cope. It is a cope all right. But it can be a good one if done right.

Of course, it would be ridiculous to LARP as old-timey monks with robes and all, as @kampman said. That is not what I am suggesting. I am just saying that many of us are already attracted by the spirit of monkhood. Why not just do it full steam ahead?
I would say that Incels are not the type of person who is willing to join a religion. After all their “faith” in the Bluepill (eg the just world fallacy) has already been shattered once. Why would they risk a similar disappointment again? Incels are more the nihilistic type IMO.
On the contrary. It is when you have been disappointed by your current religion that you are the most ready to adopt a new one. No one can live without a religion. There is always a religion in your life, even if you call it by another name. For most Incels "The Blackpill" is sort of the thing that plays that role (albeit imperfectly for most).

In fact, for the moment, Incels have only two choices
  1. Go back to the old normie foid-worship religion and become a betabuxx. That is where all the people who disappear from this forum go.
  2. Remain in an endless loop of rage with one foot still stuck in the Normie foid religion and the rest of your body spasming uncontrollably as you receive proof after proof that foids constantly act contrary to the theoretical norms of that same normie religion that they are supposedly following.
Some of us realize that they are in the Number 2. situation and want out. Call that a 'religion' if you want but is not what this word generally implies. Monkceldom has the potential to become more like Eastern religions, in which you are following your own path in order to escape the kind of endless loop that these Eastern "religions" call Samsara.
I agree with @K9Otaku that religion is making a comeback, since it already has made a comeback, it's just not perceivable at first glance. But look again, and you'll find that the way everything works in our soyciety is via the control of the masses through their desires, both positive and negative, using narratives.
Agreed. See examples above

Stop spasming for a second. And read this:
That is what is on offer, among other things. It has a lot to do with science actually (@Iamnothere000)

4. Believing (and saying) that one does not believe in any Bullshit is Bullshit. It is a sin.
This point can actually be proven with logic, via the Pigeonhole Principle and some common sense observations. There are a finite number of neurons and synapses in our brains. Even with a more fine-grained model of cognition utilizing chemical proteins and electron discharge for signalling and storage of ephemeral state, there are a finite number of molecules, electrons, quantum states etc. within one's skull at any given time. Take all of the physical particles within the physical process that is your consciousness, let's name this number C. Now compare it to all of the particles outside of your brain. The entire cosmos. For all of the particles in the cosmos, excluding your brain, let's name this number K. The value of K is far greater than C, after all, it includes multiple such C's from every other person on Earth. And yet, with C particles, we must model the K particles of the Universe and their active states, as well as aggregate groupings of such particles that form objects. In mathematics, the pigeonhole principle states that if K items are put into C cells/synapses/etc., with K > C, then at least one cell/synapse must contain more than one item. And that's what our brains do, in fact, our brains really only model and attempt to simulate aggregate objects in limited detail that our within our attention span. We are blind to most of the Universe. Our perception of reality is imperfect, we are limited in our ability to predict the future and we are infallible. Are brains can do nothing but approximate reality. This is the origin of Bullshit. It's impossible for us to not believe in Bullshit at any given time. Our brains are primed for believing in Bullshit. You would have to become greater than the cosmos to escape this. You would have to become God, if there is such a thing.

Edit: Hence, we are born with sin. Following from that Onanism book you linked recently, perhaps one can design a yoga to extinguish this sin through a ritual of death and rebirth.

We may need another word for Bullshit though, I'm not sure how universal of a term it is outside of English and certain European languages. Perhaps, simply "nonsense" or equivalent terms would do? Edit: On second thought, using "Bullshit" is fine, we just need to be more precise in how we define things like Blackpill and Bullshit in our literature.

There's a lot to say here, but I have to think about this first.

@OP - Based. And I think this is genuinely an ideal proposal.

That is the role this book could play. As I said in the other thread, it seems to be a work in progress. Maybe we could try to contact the author and see if he would agree to include things that are important to us.

In the book, "bullshit" is defined as "adulterated credit" in the Credit-Masturbation report (chapter 6)

@Iamnothere000 If you or anyone wants to understand the power that desire has over the masses, I would recommend watching Alan Curtis's documentary The Century of the Self, which shows you how the 20th century and our present 21st century societies are constructed. Alan Curtis is something of a leftist/socialist himself, which is why he can get away with saying what he does on the BBC, but he has a way of pulling back the curtain and getting to the crux of an issue that is undeniably true.

Hmm. This is somewhat refreshing. I think I would be open to seriously exploring how this would work. I'm onboard.

That would indeed be a worthy goal for a Monkcel order
Yes, this would be good.
I will try to see what I can do

WHY WOULD I JOIN YOUR SHITTY RELIGION WITH NO WOMEN IN IT? JUST TO BE PART OF A CIRCLEJERK?
Christianity didn't have many women in it either at first. But in time, toilets will flock to sources of power. So too will Chads, which is why the Chad-Stacy dynamic is something we will have to guard strongly against. The Credit Masturbation book that @K9Otaku cites greatly covers this phenomenon, would suggest everyone that hasn't yet read it in full to do so.

Offers a book built on a bullshit story as a "bible."
....
Perhaps the credit masterbation concept can be removed and used as a stand alone idea?

Christainity is ded. Lets JUST let that ded-jew-on-a-stick rot. Ok?

I don't need a bullshit yoga to save me from bullshit credits.
....

Getting hermitcels to agree on a philosophy is like trying to pull teeth from a live shark in water, while covered in the blood of a lamb!
...

We want virgins! Or at least, nice non-slut foid looksmatches.

We want respect, or at least, basic politeness.

If we were truly going to "worship" the blackpill, we would all quietly rope. And let nature take its course. AS IT WILL ANYWAY.

I could go on but it's just masterbation.

Sounds good to me, bro

And that's the brilliance and beauty of it. In a system saturated with bullshit, the cure is disguised as yet more of the same. Like a virus in a sea of viruses. A veneer of bullshit containing the purging mechanism. The release button on the ratchet, allowing one to near instantaneously unwind back to the zero state the credit/trust ledger of those initiated, laying a new foundation over the old for new credit generating endeavors.
Christainity is ded. Lets JUST let that ded-jew-on-a-stick rot. Ok?
I don't think that's what's proposed. To bring it back will just leave us vulnerable as Christianity once was to the forces that precipitated its demise.

I have an idea that will allow us to organize ourselves while circumventing some of these problems and giving us suitable proxies/substitutes that in time may transform into fulfilling these very desires. I will save it for later or perhaps another discussion in a different venue.

No, incel just means involuntary celibate. The saints are just memes for lulz because of being sexless and doing something funny or just being memed.our so called ideology is the blackpill, and it is just based on scientific data.

I disagree.

The real, underlying reason why religion is "outdated" and why "science" is not (I put science in quotes not because I question the validity of the natural sciences, but its use in a sociological / political context is definitely not objective nor without ideological presuppositions) is because "science" gives its followers a false sense of moral / intellectual superiority "above the masses" that's believable, while religion used to do so but no longer does so.

Contemporary Christianity (not traditional Christianity) tends to be low intelligence and emotional (GIVE YOUR HEART TO JESUS, AND HE'LL EMBRACE YOU WITH HIS MERCY, AS HE IS THE BREAD OF LIFE), so that only not self-aware / uneducated people really follow it believing it to be 100% true.

If you created a cult / religion, it would have to be on a basis that it's followers have risen intellectually / morally above the rest.

Yes, that's how it all starts out and how a lot of us still look at it. But look at this from the perspective a social engineer or a historian trying to describe the incelosphere. Over time, it has become not that far removed from any other religious ideology, replete with its world view, its rituals, its saints, its shibboleths. It wouldn't take very much to formalize some of this--at least the constructive aspects of it--and turn it into a fully fledged religious sect. Memes that endure evolve into egregores and take on a life of their own.

We don't even have to call it a religion. We can continue and should continue to have it based in facts, science, truth and high-technology as long as that appeals to people.

You have signs everywhere that people are desperately searching for a religion:

Ok, then I misunderstood what you meant with “Religion” because this word is, to me, always connected with some supernatural nonsense.

I agree that people today strongly desire the things that religion offered in the past:
-a sense of belonging
-certainty
-being close to an “Ideal”
-knowing the absolute truth
-moral superiority

Today those desires are fulfilled by the things you mentioned.

If you create a group that offers such things to its members, without repulsing them with the requirement to believe in something magical, you would certainly find members (with adequate advertising).

Here are my two cents:

Members need a strong sense of solidarity, maybe add a point about that. “Broes before Normies” or something like that.

You must focus on the “reward” for the members. In old Religions it was an awesome afterlife. Your order needs something similar but realistic.

@Iamnothere000 If you or anyone wants to understand the power that desire has over the masses, I would recommend watching Alan Curtis's documentary The Century of the Self, which shows you how the 20th century and our present 21st century societies are constructed. Yeah, worth the watch, as are his other documentaries. Fyi, I meant Adam Curtis, my 'tism got the best of me.

I will add this to the list

Yes. You are correct. The reward is what Buddhists call Nirvana, the end of pain. Most Incels are in great pain and I believe that with the right mental techniques you can end this pain. That is the main purpose of a Monkcel order.

Agree 100%.

Agreed

If you created a cult / religion, it would have to be on a basis that it's followers have risen intellectually / morally above the rest.
We have to be careful with this one. Building a sense of intellectual/moral superiority has almost always led to more Bullshit in the past (e.g. Gnosticism). That is why Christianity was always careful to call its own enlightenment process "receiving grace" to avoid being puffed up with pride. I think that "mental cleansing" could be a useful term. What do you think?
Sounds good to me, bro
Welcome
Christainity is ded. Lets JUST let that ded-jew-on-a-stick rot. Ok?
Sure. But there are interesting things that we can learn from the history of that movement

Basically, today's religious landscape is like a junkyard full of rusting, half demolished cars and other machinery. None of these cars or machines can be made to run again. But we can salvage useful parts here and there.

Do you think they will call the industrial revolution a religious cult in the future that was spread by the sword, bombs, and nukes?

The release button on the ratchet, allowing one to near instantaneously unwind back to the zero state the credit/trust ledger of those initiated, laying a new foundation over the old for new credit generating endeavors.

Looking forward to hearing and discussing then. ️

Exactly this.
I can smell what your cooking. Makes sense so far.
Sure it is a cope. Don't you cope?

We have to. And, we do !

Its a very good idea.

Will post more elaborate reply later when I have more time

Thanks for the mention btw appreciated

@Iamnothere000 If you or anyone wants to understand the power that desire has over the masses, I would recommend watching Alan Curtis's documentary The Century of the Self, which shows you how the 20th century and our present 21st century societies are constructed. Alan Curtis is something of a leftist/socialist himself, which is why he can get away with saying what he does on the BBC, but he has a way of pulling back the curtain and getting to the crux of an issue that is undeniably true.

Yes, this documentary is interesting. I just started watching it. What I previously knew from Adam Curtis is "All watched over by machines of loving grace" (quite good) and "Hypernormalization" (Not so good)

I just finished watching the first part. As always with Curtis it is interesting because he is able to unearth little know characters and weave them into a story that is linked to fundamental events. Also as always with Curtis the left-wing he puts on those stories (big corporations take over the world ...) is unconvincing. But it is ok. One can read between the lines.

and the point of that would be? I don't need any more copes tbh, and I'm gonna say the same thing as the guy above
I tentatively disagree.

Presenting our self as a quasi-religion would harm our efforts of spreading the Blackpill since religions/cults are outdated and more and more looked down upon. To reach more people, the Blackpill should be associated with hard Science and never with religious nonsense.

Inceldom is already a quasi-religion. We have saints and we bicker like true religious people about orthodoxy (what counts as Inceldom) and about excommunications (who should be banned). Why not got the full distance and create a full-blown order of Monkcels. It's over anyways.
No. Inceldom is a state of being. That's it. The "saints" are a meme. "Go ER" is a meme. The bickering (face vs height, JBW, and all of the other shit) is just cope. Nobody really cares if some shit like "JBW is law" is actually law. Bros are just venting to feel better.

The black pill is already mislabeled and misunderstood as an "ideology" of "hatred, violence, and misogyny." Constructing some sort of "order" around it will only cement this false belief. There is no "ideology" and there certainly is no "belief system." Why try to construct one?

This thread is meant to start a debate which may or may not result in a decision to create such an order.
But why? There doesn't need to be an order of black pilled monks.

What is the black pill?

  1. Monkceldom does not mean sexual abstinence. Fapping and Escortcelling are ok (those who want to nofap of course can).
OK.

  1. Monkceldom is about not believing in Bullshit. Believing in Bullshit is the only real sin.
  2. Believing (and saying) that one does not believe in any Bullshit is Bullshit. It is a sin.
  3. Admitting that one has been believing in some bullshit is the best way to cleanse oneself from Bullshit. A true Monkcel makes such admissions on a frequent basis.
  4. The Blackpill is the absence of belief in Bullshit
What is bullshit?

  1. No one is ever fully blackpilled. The Blackpill is the limit towards which every Monkcel strives although he knows it can never be reached entirely.
Yes, just as nobody is ever fully knowledgeable about everything.

  1. Idolatry is the typical form of Bullshit (rather than outright lies)
  2. Worship of foids (idolatry of foids) is the most widespread form of bullshit (gynolatry/feminism)
  3. Chads are also whorshiped by many incels (not to mention normies). Not idolizing Chads is as important as not idolizing foids (two sides of the same coin)
OK, that's something. Bullshit is still not clearly defined, but it's something.

Belief in general, or belief about desire? It's tautological to say that you find desirable what you believe to be desirable because if you didn't believe it to be desirable, then you would find it undesirable.

  1. At first, the order would function entirely online. Participation would be anonymous (like on incels.co)
  2. Admission to the order would be open to any member of incels.co
  3. Expulsion (banning) would be decided through a trial-like process by brocel Monk peers.
So it would function like this place, except with more stringent entry requirements.

  1. If the order proves able to successfully operate online for a while, it might morph into some kind of irl thing, like helping people emigrate to low-cost countries (@Fight_back)
To what end and for what purpose?

  1. The text discussed in this thread could become the order's Bible, to be read and discussed in common.
  2. This short story could be used as an allegory of the Monkcel journey: killing one's own tendency to idolize foids and killing one's own tendency to betray the Balckpill to bolster one's ego (@Iamnothere000)
  3. The order would not claim to represent all Incels and not even all Monkcels. It would be an order of Monkcels.
All brocels, please contribute to the discussion.

I suggest that one of the order's purposes would be to have a clearer definition of the Blackpill

We would start from this and elaborate it further:

It's worth exploring, and we owe it to ourselves to try.

Why not try to construct one? A meme acts as a way to move cultural ideas or practices. What's wrong with giving it some structure? I think there is some positivity in progressing but keeping the same foundation. Besides, the entire point of having a community is to vent together or cope together, if there is a structure given to it, maybe it helps? No reason to run from the idea. K9Otaku said members could discuss the idea or structure of the order itself, I take that to mean anyone. Doesn't change anything else. One can go and come as they please. If the black pill is mislabeled or misunderstood, perhaps there are ways to make it understood better. If it isn't a cope for you, they it can be ignored.

>order of monks
>escorts are okay
No.

Nah, you're a "heretic" who hasn't fully embraced the black pill.

I suggest that one of the order's purposes would be to have a clearer definition of the Blackpill

We would start from this and elaborate it further:
I have my own definition of the black pill (it's in one of my early threads), but it's not the conventionally accepted one. I'm asking you, because clearly defining the black pill should be the fundamental starting point for your quest to create this order.

My impression is that clearly defining the Blackpill is a work in progress and that should be a priority for a monkcel order.

The text that the thread I linked in my last post talks about does not directly define the Blackpill as such but it contains a lot of intellectual building blocks that could be useful for that purpose. I don't think that the author is an incel but he is definitely sympathetic to us.

How do you define the Blackpill?

How do you define the Blackpill?
The black pill, simply put, is the pure, unfiltered, unadulterated, fundamental, and indivisible truth about some thing. It's the truth, stripped of all baggage such as emotion, ideology, and, as much as possible, bias (removing all personal bias is supposedly impossible, and thus why nobody can be fully black pilled). The black pill on sex, dating, and relationships, for example, is that "looks are everything" (I put this in quotes because it's just one of the many ways this black pill can be phrased). That's "a" black pill, but not "the" black pill. There is no "the" black pill (that's a black pill about the black pill - a meta black pill, if you will).

The black pill has nothing to do with nihilism or having a defeatist attitude or all of this other edgy faggotry you sometimes see around here. Those things are potential side effects from learning cold, hard, punishing, and inescapable truths. Imagine realizing and knowing that you're objectively genetically worthless. Most people have trouble with trivial things like accepting that they might wrong about whatever, let alone accept something that devastating.
