I suspect this to be controversial post, but in my eyes the 80/20 rule is pure cope, It's the kind of cope that makes fellow incels believe that one day men will rise up against woman because soon the majority of men will be incels. This is simply not true as I proved in this post (https://incels.is/threads/debunking-the-big-cope-that-only-a-minorty-of-men-in-2024-have-sex.684469/) in that post I estimated that only about 16% of men these days are incels and in my opinion only 25% of those men are blackpilled.

The evidence suggest that most men do still get laid and that Hypergamy actually looks like this

As you can see in my chart most men do get laid, It always bugged me that 80/20 implied that everybody that wasn't chad was a betabuxxer which based on the evidence isn't at all true, Instead my chart suggests that around 35% of men are betabuxxers the type of people whose relationships are completely transactional in that the man is providing wealth in exchange for a "romantic" relationship which in reality usually leads to cheating and the phenomenon of dead bedrooms. Of this 35% ~70% of these of men (a total of 25% of all men) have no choice but to get into this type of relationship if they want a relationship at all while the remaining ~30% (a total of 10% of all men) get into this type of relationship because they genuinely believe that the women actually love them.

The reason the marriage rate below 30 is so low is because people aren't getting married as young as they used to

About 60% of men between the age of 25 and 54 are married or long term relationships (cohabiting), Yes the number of men who are single has gone up but as dramatic as you believe and especially not as dramatically under what the 80/20 rule suggests. This also doesn't take into account guys who don't want to get married at all and just want to sleep around, guys who've been a relationship and had sex but the relationship didn't relax and guys who are currently getting into relationships.
