I quit a few months ago. If you vape you can slowly ween yourself off by diluting the nicotine down over time. Cold turkey is faster though, it's just annoying as fuck. The cravings take weeks to go down, and months to completely go away.

I managed to not buy any nicotine. So far so good. The cravings are real though. I feel so unstimulated
