How do you know if you’re addicted to porn or not?

I’ve watched porn since I was 11, but I feel like I can live without it though. I mean I can nut to a fully clothed anime girl. And I don’t even need a picture or video to get off. Does this mean I never got addicted?

I more so just watch because I want to, not because I feel compelled to. And I fap to images and fully clothed videos more often because I like to use my imagination.

You are addicted if you excessively do something even though it harms other aspects of your life.

So for example if you are late for work because you simply had to watch some porn in the morning or you watch porn while you work you are addicted. If you just watch it instead of e.g. watching a crime series you are not addicted.
