No, it isn't. If you look carefully at her spreadsheet you'll see that she indicated that her first few criteria are required (the B column is labeled "Required" and the first few criteria have an "X" is that column).
You missed a couple of things -- e.g., you'd have to be "science-minded", you can't be materialistic, you're not allowed to drink moderately or smoke, you have to be fit, you have to be taller than her, you have to still want kids, and you can't be shallow (whatever the fuck she means with that). I guess these criteria combined don't sound demanding to you. They do to me. What percentage of the male populace in the relevant age range (she preferably wants a man up to 10 years younger than her JFL) do you think checks all of the boxes you and I mentioned? (those were all "Required" except the sharing hobbies criteria btw)
