I turned 25 this week.

I was rejected a year ago, just recently the same thing happened. The funny thing is that after a while I found out she found a boyfriend (She told me she wasn't ready for a relationship). I feel like I'm behind in life, all my peers are independent adults, I'm still the same intimidated boy I've always been.

I don't feel like a person anymore.

I often think back to when I was 20, yes I stressed out quite a bit then but now.... It's a whole other level. I'm scared of 30. It hurts more and more every year.

I don't even know what to say anymore. It's a terrible existence.

You've probably been influenced by the cult of youth that is promoted by gen z. I noticed that many zoomers have a negative attitude towards the age of 30+, apparently deciding that at this age a person is officially not part of the "cool and hip youth", which is fair, but such people are treated almost as second-class citizens. Zoomers also often use ageist insults on social media. Perhaps things will start to change in 2027, when the first zoomers begin to enter middle age.
