She built a strong fanbase there and focused on sharing her lifestyle and occasionally motivational videos. With her reach, she was one of the most prominent young faces in the Turkish online community.

Kübra apparently struggled with long-term depression, which she managed to successfully hide from both her fans and close circle. Suddenly, she deleted all her social media accounts and climbed over the railing of the Osman Gazi Bridge. Even though several passersby tried desperately to convince her not to go through with it, she ultimately jumped.

Maybe people aren't meant to have perfect lives. Daily perfection is just hedonism, then you get bored of it. Like playing a game with cheats or hacks. The only struggle in her life was which dress to pick.

Well, to be fair, some people are born with the tendency to be depressed, even if their lives are perfect.
It is a defrct in the brain, if you will.

She may have been one of those.

I mean, fuck her, she is a foid, but I still don't have an official diagnosis as to where my depressions come from.

I honestly suspect that since I am a man, my problems simply don't matter.

I have been to many doctors and psychotherapists.

One has literally told me to go back to work. That would heal my depression.

Fucking worst scumback of the lot.

Any of the problems I have talked about with them were ignored and even the ones that THEY saw were not discussed / addressed.

And as for my inceldom, I REALLY cannot open up about that to a therapist.

They have all asked me how my sex life was.

I'd always respond with the question "What sex life?". Then they go quiet and don't address that either, despite knowing just how important a healthy sex life is.

They know, they just dgaf if you are a man.

I think that the constant struggle to be perfect and look perfect in every picture can be exhausting to a human being.

If you are an e-celeb like her, every step you take has to be well thought through.

The only way you could actually cure your depression is through increasing serotonin and that's usually done with proper medication. All that go on walks, train a sport and other bs won't help. What we incels strive for is a sexual and a romantic life so that could tehnically help but at the end of the day medication is what's important. After all it's just chemicals in the brain
