Interesting list. The only show I have seen on it is Time of Eve which I thought was a cute little show. It is only 6 episodes long. It is directly based on Isaac Asimov's ideas about robots, so if you are a fan of him it might interest you.

Sci-Fi is my favourite story genre but in general I think Western creators make better Sci-Fi than Japanese creators. The Japanese have plenty of good and interesting stories, but if you are looking into Sci-Fi more for the pure speculative Sci-Fi factor I would look elsewhere. I am sure these shows have some interesting ideas and morals however. If I end up watching any of them I will write about it here.
