We had one specific case last week in Germany where a 13 year old girl killed her best 12 year old girlfriend with a knife.
And crazy about our dumb law justice is: She can't be prosecuted for it, because in germany you are still incapable of guilt at the age of 13. so you can do all kinds of shit at 13, kill other people, commit violence or anything else and you won't get any punishment.
