Plus weapons and terrain as well, the mp44 for example is no match at medium ranges with an Ak 47 assault rifle, but the SS would be better led and better trained unless they're late war

If the SS are all armed with STG 44s, they win easily. If the SS are mainly armed with Kar98ks and MP-40s, ISIS has a good chance if they defend then counter attack.
