Serious Youtube Ban Permanent?

I am Permanently banned and they contradict their own policy, cause they claim AFTER the ban when you create youtube channels, the circumvention policy applies.
All my accounts were created before any ban, and the only thing I can think of when I was banned weeks ago (which may have triggered the ban) was a Comment of mine 'the great noticing has begun'. Few hours later right after that comment in the morning > my entire channel gone, including all linked channels.

Nothing helps, their auto.ated system probably blocked me and automatically rejects the appeals, while I have 2 solid reasons for them to give me my account back and let me back on youtube again.
Anyone experienced something similar, got their channel back and may have tried DSA?
I'm frustrated, they don't even have a normal legal support team I can send mail to via outlook, only those standard appeal forms which are all automatically rejected by their shit system.

Because this is the only thing I have, apart from this forum I have nothing and I wanted to go cause I wanted to detox and was down bad mentally.
I came back a couple days ago after 1 week break and explained it, that I think this world is gone and I didn't want to live anymore

If that's the case, then the ban is based on nothing because I have not directly me mentioned any specific groups, individuals etc

Has someone here experienced anything similar, and you managed to get you channel back? If not, will this ban really be permanent? This is ridiculous

Idk how to bypass YouTube bans besides making a new Google Account or something. I wouldn't bother with trying their appeal system because unless you're a big high profile user they won't give much of a shit and you might as well give up trying to get it back.

Appreciate the advice, Easier said than done, cause I used YouTube not only for online entertainment purposes, but dealt with an account that I've had for 8 months, built from the ground up saving lots of important vids regarding tax and my additional source of income. 11 hour bootcamps, seminars and valuable content gone, probably for the sake of protecting Jews

I told my phenotype in multiple threads which leans more north atlantid, I think that doesn't scream spaniard, though you have similar phenotypes up north there.

When I was a toddler, I had pasty blonde hair and now that transitioned to the dark brown color.
My skin doesn't quiet have that warm undertone you often see in Spaniard population, when they don't tan and their skin is white.
When their skin is white, it often has a beige ish slight warm hue unlike the Western euros which have a cooler undertone.
