I do have a benchpress setup at home though. 3x 75kg every other day, thats it. Ive stopped going to gym, too many normies and attentionwhores
 
I bench press 10kg for 3 rep

Food I eat kababs
 
This plan is very fluid I change sets and reps based off what I feel like

Week 1:
Friday back/shoulders:
2 sets deadlift
2 sets overhead press
2 sets pullups
2 sets lateral raises
1 sets Kirk shrugs
1 sets rows
Sunday arms/legs:
2 sets bench
2 sets squats
1 set bicep

Week 2:
Friday chest/legs:
4 sets bench
3 sets squat
Sunday legs/back:
2 sets deadlift
1 sets curl
2 sets wrist curl
2 sets grip

Week 3:
Friday biceps:
2 sets bicep curl
2 set squats
1 set lateral raise
Sunday:
2 sets bench
2 sets deadlift
1 set wrist curl
1 set grip

Back to week 1
 
Chin up 3x6-12
Incline bench press 1x8-10
Incline bench press 2x8-10
Dip holds
Incline rows 3x6-8
Incline DB curl 3x8-12
Skullcrusher 3x8-10
lateral raise 4x6-8

This is what I do today

I am training dips on rings so I am doing holds at the top position before progressing further

Other shit is simple upper body stuff

Once I get my new equipment I will be doing different stuff with barbell, I only have dumbbells right now
 
i have two modular dumbbells set to 5kg each and i legit have never done anything besides curls with them
 
When I did go I used to do weighted calisthenics with some compound mixes , was really fun .Yhe bitch niggas at my gym haven't opened it for 2 months so Im just a calistheniccell now
 
Full body workouts with creepshotting foids during breaks.
