Your most rare/valuable possession?

You got that as well? I also have my fair share of them :feelsYall:
My next huge investment in this topic will be all the books from... "Plants for a future," they have a spectacular amount of information. (Website is good too. But I want paper copies.)

It's not so different than the mental illness of buying $5000 purses with a Versace tag on it to show off to your girlfriends and signal that your man has that kind of disposable income to throw at you. In fact, it's almost identical - the same ego-driven, materialistic narcissism.
The same thing retards spend 1698 Hours trying to catch Shiny Pokémon only for bragging rights.
When in the End, its just a skin.
No additional value.

I almost have 1 ethereum, and also some gold but like just a very small amount probably 500$ of gold. gift from my grandpa who died some years ago.

Nice! I mostly stopped growing regular food and switched over to semi wild perennials. It's much easy
Damn I haven’t taken that step yet, I’ve just been curious what’s edible in my country and if there’s stuff I have near home I could harvest. Never really one to grow stuff since I’m still busy with uni and stuff

The trick is to find stuff that tastes good and plant it where you can get it. Ofc, some stuff is everywhere. Plantains, dandelions... Daylilly flower buds tastes like grilled cheese asparagus!

sounds like you’ve been experimenting with it for a while?

Their books cover the whole world. At least there website does...
I’ll have to see if they sell physical copies of where I’m from, I’m also one to be more into physical books and not an e-reader for example

I started with "standard annual gardens" but they are a lot of work to keep alive. Say during a hot dry summer... Whereas Hardy (mostly wild) perennials just survive it without much help. Often no help at all. Meanwhile, they are a easy source of ready food.

Sure I could just eat the local stuff. But there are better flavored wild stuff from other areas with similar growing conditions, so I get them and see if there survive my area. If they do, I win.

I too prefer real books, because the internet is a fragile blink in time. While a book only needs dry storage.

most sleek thing i’ve owned, was my eizo monitor that i wageslaved for to use as my digital art setup. i do prefer analog art setups and physical production but the monitor is just really nice and i already broke into the curve using an art tablet and laptop, the monitor was far amazing. it’s in korea though and they won’t send it back because it’s expensive to send it and i’m unemployed so i can’t ask them to

I own like 7k in real sliver.
