Discussion Your kid is trapped in a room with 3 terrorists. What gun would you choose?

I was thinking about this while I was walking along just now.

I was thinking that a rifle is too much gun. It's close quarters. SMGs are too sloppy. I might hurt the kid.

Many pistols are awesome (I like lugers) but they have low mag capacity. And I frickin' HATE glocks.

So I'm going to go for the same gun that I have in airsoft form - the Sig Sauer P228. Or something very similar.

I'd think that that would have the same issue as an SMG!

It might depend on specifics in both cases though.

SMG is better than a pistol. There is a reason counter terrorist forces use them. They aren't sloppy at all, if you are somewhat properly trained. The advantage is you can shoot more or less multiple bullets at once killing faster while still being short enough to not being disadvantaged by cramped interiors. Might even use a bullpup rifle tbh. For more stopping power and just in case of modern body armor.

I actually considered a bullpup too, lol. But decided against it for the same reason as the rifle. Just seemed unnecessary.

SMGs... I mean maybe but I am not a Navy SEAL, lol
