If it is the former, in that you have been unfortunate enough to have been born with some congenital defect such as a physical deformity or a psychopathology or autism then the point about technology conditioning people to be less sociable is irrelevant. If however, you achieved inceldom by virtue of having been dispossessed of opportunities for constructive interpersonal engagement which itself is a consequence of our technology and reliance on smart phone for everything, then you could make the argument that coming of age in a pre-smart phone era would be conducive to the development of proper social skills and concomitant interpersonal relationships.
