Hitler never called the nazi symbol a swastika. He always called it a kakenkreuz which translates to hooked cross in english. Hitlers symbol is a church symbol.
The church didn't want to be associated with the hooked cross symbol so they started calling it a swastika in the media years after the war.
The church and the media then tried propaganda saying hitler took inspiration from Hindu symbol to demonize Hindus.
