I hope this isn't taken as bragging, anyone that's seen my acne and scar pics knows I'm a true but I have had a few females try to talk to me over the years and I know what you mean. After say 5 minutes of conversation passes, they lose interest entirely and never talk to me again (and I don't talk to them). I think it's probably because they notice my wrecked skin as they stare at me longer and longer, at initial glance however, they probably don't notice it and just see a 230lbs 6'0 white dude.
