Unless you are legitimately disfigured, I don’t think you can call yourself incel before 18. Teens lose their virginity much later now than in the decades before and being a virgin up until 18 is not uncommon. 18 is when people either start college or enter the working world and feel like they are ready to have sex. If you’re still a virgin past 18, then maybe you have a point. I don’t think teencels should be banned because some edge cases will exist like I mentioned, but it’s worth considering if you are here because you are incel or just edgy.

But the number of sexual partners is overall so small (especially for teenagers where it's between 0 and 2 or whatever) that you can't draw any statistical conclusions. A normie can increase his number of sex partners by 200% in a few days if he gets lucky. Or if a reasonably attractive guy lives in an isolated area and doesn't get around much, he could be a virgin at 19 simply through apathy or bad luck.

If an 18 year old guy didn't have sex yet it could be because he's ugly. Or because his standards are too high. Or because he didn't try. Or because he simply had bad luck. The numbers (or foids talked to, rejections, etc) is so small that it doesn't mean anything other that he didn't have sex - no conclusions can be drawn from it.
