Why I don't bother trying to communicate with family. They either ghost me over text messages or ignore me irl. They'll then tell me they miss me JFL. Only for them to ignore me when I meet up with them irl JFL

They will tell you to do things ("you should talk more", "you should stand up for yourself") but when you actually do it they try to ignore you and don't have your back at all. I don't get stuff like this much anymore but I did when I was younger, now people mostly just avoid me, nobody wants to try and "help" an adult male loser who is almost in their 30s.
It's why I can't stand dealing with normies, it's emotionally draining, they never mean what they actually say.

Yep. They're all two faced. They'll say whatever to get quick social validation and then do none of it. It's obnoxious. Waste of time bothering with them.

I still enjoy video games somewhat and other copes and I'm a fairly optimistic person at heart so that probably helps, but almost 30 years of inceldom obviously takes its toll on anyone.
