Dairy has literal estrogen from the cow. Also too much saturated fat. I guess if you are lazy soya chunks will be fine protein source for you.although dairy would be preferable.
They ARE. Excess of saturated fat will increase LDL cholesterol level directly and cause blood vessel blockage, which may lead to heart failures. But I think this is only at high consumptionSaturated fats are not unhealthy
