I used to think that too, but after some sparring and practice and a few full contact fights you learn pretty quick that you aren't made of glass and probably a lot tougher than you give yourself credit for. But, having said that, violence is never a good option because it can get fatal pretty quick. So really, you are smart for avoiding that shit all together. I'm a bit of a risk taker in all fairness, and one day it's probably going to end badly for me.

Ehhh the older I get the thicker my skin gets, I was a nasty piece of work in my teenage years and early 20s, after a while I just stopped reacting to a lot of things unless it is really warranted. You can try and fight every battle that comes your way but after a while it gets really exhausting and actually exacerbates my mental health. Everyone has their own detriment I guess.
