Too long didn't watch: Siblings roughhousing in a car leads to a crash and their parents dying. They rent out a house to this middle aged man and when the sister's Chad boyfriend gets them kicked out she sells her body to the landlord. It kicks off her porn career. She has a child that's mentally screwed up and when she ODs the brother has to take care of the kid. He takes her on a violent quest to destroy all of the porn material his sister was in. It gets them both killed.
