I wouldn't even go as far as saying Mike Tyson and Brock Lesnar, but on PSL it seems that people are obsessed with these extremely feminine looking twinks. So? There a limit to your genetic potential for building muscle, and you can augment it with roids. If you believe muscles are so important, you have no excuse to not be lifting right now. Even if you have shit genetics, you'll easily be in top 10% muscular guys after a few years.
