I really hate how some act that even if you're not a woman's type (spoiler: broad shoulders, thick arms, tall, etc), that you can win them over romantically with "charm".
The women who pretend to have been won over with charm gaslight themselves into believing that. In reality it was the dude's appearance that won them over. Appearance trumps all!
