You are ideal self and you don't have to improve. You are enough as you are and you have to make use of your body to achieve what you want achieve for you own needs without being slave to someone's thoughts implemented in your brain. All ideals other people put upon you are made to make use of you for theirs benefits. Of course people put ideals not only on you but also on others. That's why various cultures set ideals of what true man is as an example to use them for example as cannon fodder.

Truth is everybody is an egoist and everybody is going to defend themselves from threats. That's why women were raped back in the days since they are weaker and no man gave a fuck what bitch thinks of him, because:
