You are absolutely correct. Now that I am almost hitting forty and coming to the realization that I won't be having any offspring my priorities are changing quickly to taking care of my future self at an old age.

I have started working out again, but only light workout to ensure that I stay fit but don't hurt myself.
Longevity and health is the goal so I can at least enjoy my pension a bit, before I die.

I want to live as long as possible to leech off of the pension fund as long as possible. jfl
