Theory Why living alone looks better than in shared accommodation to a lady friend

Basically because it's better for THEM, right? Space for them to move in, it means you probably have more money, etc!

But... I mean in my case I *hate* living alone! Even if I was a multi-millionaire I'd still choose a houseshare over living alone!

But yeah it would look worse to a lady >.<
