The frontal lobe is permanently disabled because of missing a crucial milestone.
Will there still be women available? Yes, but there is a catch. The vast majority of them will want to "settle down", and we all know what that means. The ones that don't are either prostitutes, or very occasionally, unicorns. Unicorns are very rare (which is why they're called that). Plus even if you do get one, the red flags you have built up from the BP will be massively amplified by your genetics. The relationship won't last.
