I brought recently ipad air 2 & iphone, and found that tamil is not listed as ipad/iphone language. Why? No language option in iOS for 77 million people across the world as there mother tongue?
We are forced to use other languages. It looks like we are still living in colony era. Some one is controlling what language we should use. As you know, Tamil is one of the longest-surviving
classical languages in the world.

Dutch language is there (56th language by population), but tamil is not there in iOS even though 20th language by population. It is strange world we are living.

Android phone has tamil as separate language. I should have purchased Android phone.
Atleast Apple will take decision to implement Tamil language as one of the iOS platform language soon. Otherwise I need to through this useless instrument.
