They are still pretty lengthy, mostly because of the dialogues tho.
Sometimes I would barely sleep and eat if I really got immersed into a certain game. It's weird not playing as much or at all now.

the gameplay is super boring. it turns the game from a social sim RPG into a dungeon crawler, but Persona doesn't really work as a long form dungeon crawler like mainline SMT so it's just a slog. I recommend just watching the cutscenes on youtube lol

I don't think I prefer og awakening just because of the animation or nostalgia tho. It hits different, darker.
persona 5 had its own proprietary engine and P3R uses unreal 4

they look super similar. i can only imagine that they used the same code for the in game cutscenes in P3R but that's conjecture on my end

Yeah. Everyone would turn evil after seeing this shit every day. Main cast is truly evil as they see world from a perfect perspective with no flaws. They were hand picked by game master.

I haven't finished a single persona game as they are extremely boring no matter the game i play, and smt are even worse as they have just crappy gameplay of persona (or more like other way around) and close to zero story. I wanted to try their P3 remake as it may encourage me to finish at least one game.
