Luckily these cuts look very superficial. You don't want to hurt yourself for real as you will get infected if you don't sterilize properly. When I self-harmed it got very bad and I had to go to the doctors and they put a fuckton of this orange iodine stuff on my arm and wrapped it up. They told me it could've been a lot worse. There are better copes than cutting yourself.
