Idk maybe im just an addict and God thought it was the only way to make me sober but my nervous system is fried from using the wrong kind of stimulant. I cant even put in hard work without feeling lightheaded or feeling like ima pass out I can't drink a cup of coffee or smoke a cig because it makes my nervous system freak out. I be spacing out and sometimes i feel like im just dead I don't feel anything I don't think ima be able to get surgery to ascend because my body probably wont take the anesthesia well shit im barely alive. I might be able to leanmaxx still but sometimes when i try it puts hella stress on my body its incredibly difficult not like before when i could fast for a whole week and be fine maybe now max 2 to 3 days. Im also losing my vision for some reason these dumbass doctors cant explain i see white lines ive told doctors my symptoms but they just brush it off. If this shit gets worse ima have no option than to go you know what. It was the only way i could cope with my inceldom but ig it wasnt for me.

You should get your blood tested, and see if you're deficient in anything. Alternatively, buy some basic supplements like multivitamins, and start doing a bit of exercise daily.
