Also a lot of his and the Dissident Right & manosphere in general’s reach today comes as a result of Adin Ross (who’s Jewish) platforming and continuing to platform them. So it’s an unwise move to lose his business
It's for a few particular reasons, but it could pretty much all be summarized as 'He's trying really hard to go mainstream.'
For one, at the onset of young men moving further right back in late-2024, his audience grew a ton. He went from being someone who was pretty niche and irrelevant to a guy with a fairly large following that would listen to him unconditionally. He started unironically getting invited onto large podcasts and talk shows, and he immediately realized that there was zero way he would make any significant change if he kept up his original 'genocide all Jews' rhetoric.
It only got worse considering that Christianity also had a minor resurgence back during those times, and therefore all young guys online started LARPing as Traditional Catholics and talking about how they returned to Jesus. I don't really have much of an opinion on that in particular, but I will say—modern-day Christianity has a major issue in that it promotes this idea of 'tolerance,' which fundamentally makes it incompatible with any real solution or ideology that would work.
Unfortunately, I suppose Fuentes lacked the foresight to see where that was going to head, and so he too latched onto Christianity, and had this grand fantasy of restoring Catholicism's power in the world. It didn't work, and now-a-days the fad has passed, and people are dropping religion once again. Still, Fuentes made that a pretty core part of his identity, and so now he has to stick with it.
Right-radicalism is fading (for now at least) and I'm pretty sure Fuentes knows that, so he's simmering down and trying to maintain his audience while working towards growing it. I doubt it will really work, but no matter—he would unironically get farther by just switching to full on misogyny and making women enemy #1 in the meantime.

If you’re serious about your goals, people like him still have their uses though. Assuming you believe in no political solutions, you still need enough young men radicalized for an uprising. What Nick has going for him is that he can radicalize normies. He’s not an ideal endpoint but a great starting one

The Nick equivalent for the manosphere/incelosphere was Tate and the other masculinity copers. They’re not a good endpoint and are fundamentally anti-BP and gynocentric, but a normie isn’t going to go from bluepill to gigablackpill in a day. Pipelines are important.

You're right in that it had been growing since 2024, but it hit a speed bump after Trump's constant poor decisions. The ones who are already radicalized are still there, but now there's a severe lack of guys who are moving towards that stage considering nobody other than retarded boomer NPCs is moderate-right anymore. Trump is severely unpopular, and it's almost impossible to convince a soyshitter to become part of the radical-right without some kind of transitory stage in-between.
And as for the group who are already radicalized, there's nothing really to keep fanning the flames for them. Technically a 'pro-male,' 'anti-feminist,' and 'conservative' president is in office—so there's nothing to really make them discontent. A lot of the initial people who blew up in popularity upon the Dissident Right's success ended up being exposed as faggots, simps, or just utter retards, which ended up disillusioning a good portion of their followers.
Who really remains for the radicalized right to turn to? Fuentes? You can see how that's going.

Any guys who joined in on the growth of the RadRight purely out of hype are all leaving because the group's popularity is way lower than what it used to be. It's hard to keep a guy convinced when most people around him are soyfags who unironically think that Trump is a dictator and that ICE agents are devils in disguise. We probably won't see any real growth until 2028 or so.

No joke, I actually know someone who went to school with him. He’s always been a contrarian who isn’t afraid to be offensive, but my friend didn’t think he was actually racist. Groypers are in for a big disappointment with him, he’ll ditch the movement very soon.
