LifeFuel Writing Book about Incel Uprising

I am writing a book about an incel uprising. Currently just fleshing out the main character and how he recruits people.

He's running into problems with recruitment, he is a service industry poorfag and has a lot of trouble. He helped promising individuals but they don't want to work and contribute funds to the movement and just went back to living with mommy even though he stayed in the MC's home rent free.

Other recruits are fakecels that are down bad and going to be future betabuxers. Get angry when the main character talks about joy attacking cities and forcing the government to stand down and let the incel army takeover.

Main character is stumped because he can't meet people as vicious and merciless as they are. He hates incels going ER and thinks their lives are more valuable so they should organize and work together to taken down governments rather than a school or a grocery store.

The story takes place in south eastern Europe. The country the MC is in is basically a retirement home.

How can I make them find recruits in a convincing manner?

The character in my book acknowledges that it's too early, but they are not going to sit here with their hands folded as history is happening. The book takes place in modern times and with the way things are progressing it won't be until 2050 or so until these facts are in public consciousness, and even then the actions won't be masse.

Main character doesn't want to wait.
