Serious Would you remain sane if you lost your sense of smell?

I cant smell anything , Not even my body odor or the litter box of my cat , Not even a fat grilled piece of meat being cooked with some vegetables and bbq sauce , I dont know when this happened but i lost my sense of smell a long time ago , Medicucks just say i have allergies and give me "nafazolina" to open my nostrils , What would you do brocels if your nose got fucked? I have a lot of time with this shit and i still remain partially sane...

In a nutshell i cant smell shit , Not even my own deodorant , Nothing , My sight is fucked , My ears too and my sense of smell is almost nonexsitent , Am i already ded?

I've heard of people losing there sense of smell before due to flu and other illnesses. Might be the case here.
