Natural testosterone declines pretty rapidly past age 30. That's partly why everyone gets so fat around that age. The only reason to want high T is to hope it helps develops a Chad face for slaying in youth, but there's so many other factors like height that hormones alone are not a strong enough parameter.

You didn't specified is it from birth or not. If from birth, high T will have a tremendous impact on having your facial bones grow the right way. You won't get bullied either. You won't end up a framecel. With high IQ but low T your chances to survive childhood to put your IQ into a good use are small
