I had the idea for a recent post
Assume that there is a surgeon that has 100% success rate doing facial surgery.
he's rated for passing 1/10 deformed guys to 9/10 10/10 using implants + cutting bones.

Assume that you're hella broke and you can't afford it, but there is a option for a 9/5 job that you hate but has a decent payment.
if everything goes well, you could afford the surgery in 1 year.

You had 1/10 physic as well, so for complete results you also need to dedicate to some kind of sport and do it consistently.

Would you?
