It goes back to 2003 really. I played Secret of mana back then and i had two classmates who also played the game and they said something like "Wait until you get to the dwarf town in the caves, then you will hear the song" When i entered the town it just put a smile on my 12-year old self, and ever since then it has been ingrained in my mind forever. The song makes me smile, it makes me laugh a little in recent times when life has become difficult. The song seems to lower my cortisol too.

Some people claim you will still hear the song in your head after listening to it, but i've been listening to it for several hrs this week... I don't hear it. It always feels kinda new to me when i listen to it.

You would get paid $100/day (no taxes) 5 days a week and you couldn't do anything else except for eat once a day. 1hr break each day, on weekends you wouldn't have to listen to it. Volume would be pretty loud, you couldn't turn it down and you couldn't walk away to another room. You would just have to sit infront of your PC and just listen to the song for 9hrs with one 1hr lunch break every weekday. Would you do it? I would tbh.
