It would certainly help with my horrible eye area and skin, but I don't think it would be enough. At best, I could reach 4-4.5 PSL facially.
It would help cover up complications from teenage acne but nothing else really. I wonder if makeup drains your face or something. These females' faces look much worse than what I assume they would look without makeup. Only things I can find on the topic are quora posts

It would cover my acne scars, but that's about all it could really help me with and it probably wouldn't be enough. I'd still be a manlet, and it wouldn't turn my ugly eyes into hunter eyes.
