High contrast Dark hair, Slight pale skin.
Think of Guys with a phenotype of Joachim Peiper. North Atlantid ish, central European.

When a woman is from a different culture but shares the same phenotype and facial features (Dark Hair, pale Euro skin in some pictures, nearly identical to me), same facial features like very refined upturned Nose like me as a Man,
Would she still view me as in-group, or not?

Regions like Veneto, Friuli, Lombardy etc have high levels of continuity with ancient Alpine and Italic peoples, they are later influenced by Germanic tribes like the Lombards. Unlike the south, Northern Italians have minimal North African or Levantine admixture. Genetically they cluster closer to Central Europeans than to Southern Italians.

Depends what era you're talking about tbh cause the early Roman emperors were mostly Italic, from old Roman or Latin families so not Nordic in the literal sense. But by the later Empire, especially from the 3rd century, a bunch of emperors came from the provinces places like Thrace, even the Danube frontier where Germanic or more northern blood was more common. Some of them probably had lighter features, but the idea of Nordic Roman emperors is more of a 20th century interpretation.

I think my hair is full of both pheomelanin and eumelanin considering my great grandpa was ginger, maybe under the sun the pheomelanin is more visible.
