We may go back to patriarchy if NWO doesnt work but it will take a long long time. Maybe never because dissidence is easier to handdler than ever.

This is the only time in mankind's history where the elites control the entire world and with such absolute power. I don't think it will ever be possible to "go back". We've reached a point of no return. The eventual "come back of patriarchy" is cope. Humanity is doomed. It all started within the West but now the plague is spreading on the entire planet... and it will only get worse.
