This may be one of the advantages in which the alleged "racist culture" in America would be to your benefit. If you targeted black women in low income areas, you'd never have to worry about reports due to the low interest of the police when it comes to missing black women, and also because of the "we don't associate with cops" and "we don't snitch" aspects of black american culture.
