You would think, but fewer people having sex does not translate into more chances for you, it just means a larger share of men are being left out. The competition is still there, the standards are still high, and women still filter men the same way. You might feel less reminded of it day to day, but the underlying reality of being unwanted would not change.

I do not think things being less in my face is going to make my living situation any better. I would just know a lot of other men are struggling too, and that we are all kind of screwed while the problem only worsens.

I'm not saying it would lead to translate more chances for me (multiplying 0 by anything always equals zero) I was thinking that maybe it's less insufferable to be constantly reminded by lovelessness. Also if the a larger share of the population is single, maybe the society/culture will adjust more to that share of the population relative to countries where relationships are more common

Japan is a horrible place to geomaxx even if you're white. Jap women are still mega picky even for white men and japanese people don't really worship whites like SEAs do. You need to have a high salary which will require the right skills. English teaching is notoriously low paid. Japan also does not allow remote work visas so you can't just earn a 6 figure US salary and arbitrage. The final reason is theyve had a low birthrate for decades so the population of women is dwindling. the thai geomaxxing window is closing for similar reasons. Geomaxxing only works in poor countries with a high birthrate and a low foreigner population. Soon the only viable geomaxx opportunities will be Africa

Yeah, but what I am getting at is that Japan is already like that, and they do not care. The culture has adjusted, just not in a way that helps anyone. If anything, it has become even colder, since so many men retreat into being hikikomori or "herbivore men" rather than fighting against it. You also have to look at why the population is aging so fast and why birth rates keep falling: people are not forming relationships, they are not having sex, and the society just carries on as if that is normal. So yes, there may be fewer public reminders, but the reality is the same, only with more isolation and decline.

I know more about Tokyo only but you could find something similar on Osaka and maybe Yokohama. The rest of the top 6 most populated cities can fit the bill too
