There's this absolutely retarded idea spread amongst gaming YouTubers that if a game doesn't slowly introduce every single mechanic it's somehow bad. This video is the epitomy of that mentality.

This guy acts as if players can't figure out how to play a game without the game blatantly telling them every single thing. I beat Wrath of Cortex when I was 9 or 10. When I first played it I didn't die because the game didn't tell me about how the different boxes would kill me if I touched them! No, I simply had something called critical thinking and knew that a box of "TNT" or "nitrous" would be dangerous to touch. All because a game doesn't treat you like a retard doesn't make it bad. I can't believe this video got nearly a million views. He even acts as if the game is badly designed because it doesn't tell you ice cold water is dangerous.
