Sometimes as incels, its hard for us to associate with coworkers, most of us try to wage-cuck just to get by, even as ugly men we see girls we find attractive and want to talk to them, but its hard cause they will reject us due to our subhuman looks. Here im going to drop some black pills on how to handle being subhuman in the workplace.
its hard to deal with female co workers, sometimes they can act nice some can act mean. There are some instances they can gang up on you or get you in trouble. Ive had this in the past many times, some will just hate on you cause they want to. They think their actions are justifiable, because most of the men hurt them so they will hurt you.
Recently ive had this done to me, being accused of staring at them, mean mugging, accusing you of hitting on them. Once you offend them they will be vindictive throughout your job term.
Sexual harassment
this is a serious discussion here anything can be considered sexual harassment especially if you that ugly guy or weirdo. Its best to keep your mouth shut in front of them, dont even say anything that can have repercussions. Not even joking, cause that can come back to bite you. I would just keep it mutual to a degree. In the past i didnt know that the reasons this happened is due to my looks. If you are an attractive man you can mostly get away with it.
Ive seen a sexual harassment video, where the guy was sexually harassing the female, acting all aspie and shit. Ofc they made the guy into an unattractive weirdo. Thats how it is, females dislike unattractive guys.
Harassment
this is another topic i will discuss, harassment can include wandering eyes, you offending the female or just harassing the fuck out of her because you dislike her. Personally, if you find the female attractive i would just avoid her. Put it this way, if you saw this girl irl and approached her how would she handle your approach. Im pretty sure she would reject you, so assuming you are positive you think you can get the girl, I would just stay away from, cause i guarantee she will not be interested in you irl. So dont even bother
Being sexually harassed
this does happen, The reason being she can get away with it, because she is a female. She will tease the fuck out of you, knowing you cant do anything about it. We have so much women rights in this country, things will mostly go her side. even if a female sexually harasses you i would suggest you tell her to stop it. If she keeps on going i would pull her to the side and confront her about it. She will back off knowing you called her bluff. There was one instance where the girl actually tried to egg someone on by touching him and shit and having full blown contact with her. So what he did was, he got her alone outside of work and was straight up with her, she got scared and back down. If you have to go that route i would recommend it. Also i heard that you can sue her for being sexually harassed, so i would just jot down everything what happened. hell i would record her privately, so you can have evidence against her. Remember if you arent chad dont even bother!

this one is a iffy, It might sound fun and awesome, but in the end i would just avoid the whole situation. For instance, if you get into a relationship with a girl and decided to end it. She will try to get back at you for it. And if you have multiple relationships this can be considered bad, because you will be considered the company work whore and they will label you and eventually you will get fired. Not only that Jealousy will begin to set in, in the workplace guys will be jealous of you, caused you smashed that one girl. Dont shit where you eat.
