The biggest difference being your boss gets a pay raise if they have to go through the trauma of beating you to death for disobedience or disrespect. I would equate school with prison more so than full time work. My brother and I in fact would call school "prison" when we ere in elementary school, and kids that age are sharp, they know what's what.
