I work with women, so of course I am never invited, my male boss even argeed that the females dislike me there in a private conversation I had with him. lol no, I work with Boomers mostly so neither of us would want to interact with each other outside of work. The few younger guys I work with will barely talk to me.

People say that after high school, people mature and become ''adults'' but in reality, High school like hierarchies repeats itself all throughout your life. Normies will judge you within seconds, if you don't meet their clique standards, then its game over for you. Hence why people are confused as to why incels find it so hard to make new friends. I mean I've never been invited personally if that is what you mean. My old boss used to be a heavy drinker. Made shit tons of money though so he would always go to this bar within walking distance from our office. He would invite all the staff and buy all the rounds. I was invited plenty of times to that but it was the whole office that was invited. Not just say me and a few of his closest employees. It was everyone.

I don't drink so I never went though. I would overhear a lot of people say that certain coworkers would get fucked up and then fuck each other outside the bar in the little alleyway or in their cars. I would have liked to see that. I used to have some hotties that worked with me. Young too.
