It's Over Work colleagues rude to me in new job

I've began a new job and I'm quickly realising how rude some of the staff are with me. Its all female except me, some have been considerate to me but some speak down to me and are very abrupt with me.

Whilst they're showing me the ropes on the computer, they're basically getting impatient with me, speaking harshly to me at every moment of hesitance and wrong move I'm making. They don't speak to me unless speaking harshly to me in a very abrupt tone. Then there's the awkward silence if I pass them by soon after. Every environment I've felt like this from some people, probably because I'm very shy, timid and introverted. As a short man I'm not given the same respect. It doesn't help my anxiety when someone is so strict with me, they should understand I'm new and learning. At 1 point I was shaking holding back the tears but I didn't want to show them any visible emotion.

I've never fitted in anywhere, it feels everyone is above me in some way, better than me. I have some skills of my own as my past has shown me to be a good worker but people treat you how they perceive you in life. I'm sure many of you can relate to this maybe in your own working life, this life is fucked for guys like us .

It's one of the reasons I went neet. On the upside, at least you will have money to buy stuff with.

thanks, ye I've had it in every environment, school, college, various work environments. Different coat of paint, same bullshit I've had to deal with. I completely understand why people go NEET to avoid the corporate world altogether. The workplace environment is the most soul destroying environment to deal with. It really holds a mirror up and reflects how rude and ignorant this society is towards us, it shines a light on how we're perceived and treated in this horrible world.

ye school was hell for me as well, no matter where I've been I've been treated the same, I've never fitted in anywhere, always been the outsider, most people speak down to me, treat me like I'm nothing. Only through our eyes can people see how fucked this world is, its a unique life experience only we can truly appreciate and resonate with.

yep that's my working life experience in a nutshell, the irony is in my previous jobs I've proven to be an efficient worker yet I'm still treated with so much contempt like I'm nothing as a subhuman no lifer.

Its essentially low level bullying masked with professionalism, this is why these people get away with it in the workplace. In every workplace its the same, there's always those stuck up people who talk down to you and treat you like nothing, can't stand these people
